A blend of all Pinots grown across the estate. Part of the Pinot Gris was harvested from two Grand Cru plots in Kaefferkopf on granite and marly-limestoney soils. Then assembled with the others Pinots from more clayey soils on the outskirts of the village of Amerschwihr. This combination results is a complex, structured and yet fresh wine. Green apple, stewed lemon, acacia honey, ginger and a delightful brioche touch to round it all up.
