100% Cartoixà de Marina (known also as Xarel-lo Vermell) from a single parcel located immediately next to the Gaia river. Skin fermented for six days, then pressed off and aged on its fine lees for four months. The wine is fresh, saline and mineral. Typical Mediterranean flavours on the nose, herbal and fragrant. The cuvée takes its name from the name of the last horse with whom Francesc' grandfather worked the vineyards - La Lleona ('Lion').
