The second release from the collabortion with winemaker Julien Albertus in Alsace. A blend of skin-fermented Pinot Gris, blended with Gewürztraminer and Sylvaner. The maceration of Pinot makes for a pink-ish, light red wine with rustic character and fresh tannins. The aromatics are less punchy compared to Putes Feinistes but the nose offers still plenty of crunchy and spiced fruit.
