Pale wheat beer spontaneously fermented and aged for 11 months in neutral french oak barrels. The beer was then moved into freshly emptied rum barrels where it remained for a further 6 months before blending. Bold and strutted on both, nose and palate. Notes of coconut, pineapple and vanilla meet lime and caramel on the palate. Good acidity, creamy mouthfeel and a long finish.
