Winemaking Sourced from three parcels throughout Pommard, the largest one being Les Noizons (situated above 1er Cru Les Pezerolles), the other two being Croix Blanche and Poisot. Very low yields and rather old vines.
10 days of semi-carbonic vinification in stainless steel, sugars finished and aged in old barrels.
Tasting Note It offers generous, earthy dark fruit. Quite densely structured, yet incredibly elegant and refreshing, it coats the palate culminating on a long, mineral finish.
